brain-meeting-prep
brain-meeting-prep is a personal productivity tool that I built for my own use. It is not offered to the public. It prepares short briefings for my upcoming meetings from my own Google accounts.
What it accesses
With my explicit consent, and only for accounts I sign in with myself, it requests read-only access to:
- Google Calendar — upcoming events
- Gmail — messages related to those events
- Google Docs and Google Sheets — documents linked to meetings, and my own task lists
It cannot send, change, or delete anything.
How the data is used and stored
- Data is processed on my own computer. Access tokens are stored only there.
- Short summaries are generated with Claude, an AI model by Anthropic, on my behalf. Nothing is sold, shared with advertisers, or used for any purpose other than my own meeting preparation.
- The resulting briefings are kept as private notes on my computer.
Google API Services User Data Policy
brain-meeting-prep's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Revoking access
Access can be removed at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
